Pipeline crusher is designed for materials that are prone to agglomeration and clumping, and is often used in conjunction with unpacking machines. It is suitable for the initial dispersion of powdered materials after unpacking to meet the needs of subsequent processing. The equipment consists of several parts such as the drive motor reducer, drive shaft, coupling, support bearing, packing seal, and dispersing blade. The lower part of the dispersing blade is equipped with a screen. After the block material is crushed by the dispersing blade and meets the particle size requirements, it falls into the downstream equipment under its own weight. Large particle materials will continue to be crushed by the dispersing blade until they reach the required size.
