INTRODUCE

Fluidized bed airflow pulverizer is a type of ultrafine pulverizer in airflow pulverization, which has many advantages that cannot be replaced by other types of pulverizers. Its working principle is to accelerate the compressed gas into a supersonic airflow through a Laval nozzle and inject it into the crushing chamber. The materials in the crushing chamber are accelerated into a fluidized state by the supersonic airflow, collide with each other, and crush each other, thereby achieving ultrafine crushing of the materials. The crushed material is sent to the grading zone by an upward airflow, and fine powder that meets the particle size requirements is screened by the grading wheel. The coarse powder that has not been sorted out will be returned to the collision crushing zone for further crushing until it reaches the desired particle size, and finally screened out by the classification wheel. The entire system consists of main components such as induced draft fan, collector, crushing host, compressed gas system, etc.
