Rotary valve (commonly known as rotary feeder or star feeder) is a specialized equipment used in solid material (powder, granular material, powder particle mixture) conveying systems for unloading, packaging, mixing, dust removal, metering, and quantitative conveying. The working principle is to rotate an impeller with a divided structure inside the housing through the transmission of a motor and a reducer. The material from the upper material bin or feeding device of the housing is filled into the cavity of the impeller, and the material is discharged from the lower part of the housing with the rotation of the impeller. It can uniformly and continuously discharge downstream according to the requirements of the conveying system.
